Two new beam diagnostics are presented. They fill a void in instrumentation required by upcoming accelerators: HPPA High Power Proton Accelerators, XFEL Xray Free Electron Laser and LPW Laser-Plasma Wakefield accelerator.HPPA are the fundament of ADS Accelerator-Driven System for subcritical reactor, waste transmutation and SNS spallation neutron source. HPPA e.g. IHEP-Beijing ADS injector-1 and IMP-Lanzhou injector-2 are now operated in macropulse mode. Future operation will be CW and require new current instrumentation to assess loss and efficiency.New-generation XFEL are operated with ever-shorter bunch (~1fs) and charge <20pC. New instruments are required to measure it.Electrons LPW are progressing rapidly beyond 10 GeV, emittance is the present challenge for multistage capilaries. Precise pulse charge measurement is required < 1pC.Protons LPW are emerging as potential hadrontherapy accelerators. To develop further, they need non-destructive charge measurement with<10fC noise.The instruments presented CWCT and Turbo-ICT respond to these new requirements.
